Time-controlled quenching technology of quenching liquid

In order to expand the application of water-soluble quenching media in quenching and cooling of high-alloy steel and mold steel, Sencro has summarized the time-controlled quenching technology after years of exploration and research. The time-controlled quenching technology is based on the ideal cooling rate of the quenching medium, that is, the cooling rate of the nose of the C curve during quenching and cooling is greater than the critical cooling rate (the minimum cooling rate to ensure that the workpiece can complete the martensitic transformation). In other temperature ranges, especially the martensitic transformation temperature range (Ms-Mf), it should be slowly cooled. This basic principle.
