Features


1. The product has strong thermal stability and high temperature resistance, and its thermal stability and oxidation stability are equivalent to PAO synthetic oil.

2. The product is not easy to coke and has a long service life, which is more than twice that of ordinary mineral heat transfer oil.

3. High thermal conductivity, large heat carrying capacity and strong heat transfer capacity.

4. The product has low viscosity, which is conducive to pump transportation.

5. Good low temperature performance and low freezing point, suitable for use in cold areas and winter.

Precautions for use


1. According to the brand of high-temperature heat transfer oil and heat use process requirements, correctly use various brands of energy-saving heat transfer oil, strictly abide by the provisions of GB/T17410-1998 "Organic Heat Carrier Furnace" and "Safety Technical Regulations for Heat Carrier Furnaces", and correctly use heat transfer oil.

2. Careful inspection should be carried out during use to prevent water, acid, alkali and low-boiling point substances from leaking into the system, and filtering devices should be installed to prevent mechanical debris from entering to ensure the purity of the oil.

3. When high-temperature heat transfer oil is used as a heat carrier in coal-fired, gas-fired, and oil-fired heating furnaces, as well as in heating equipment such as electric heating furnaces and reactors, it should be equipped with expansion tanks, oil storage tanks, other installation components, and temperature control instruments and other supporting facilities to ensure safe operation.

4. When replacing old heating equipment with new heat transfer oil, coking and carbon deposits must be removed to avoid affecting the heat transfer efficiency and service life of the heat transfer oil.

5. When the heat transfer oil is put into use, start the circulating oil pump and run it for half an hour before igniting it to heat up. When it is used for the first time, the temperature should be raised slowly. When the temperature rises to about 130℃, it should be kept warm for a while. When the temperature rises to 180℃-200℃, it can be put into use after being kept warm for a while. (Refer to the heating, dehydration and cooling curves)

It can be used in petroleum, chemical fiber, chemical industry, food, medicine, building materials, highway asphalt, energy, paper and leather making, new materials, carbon, agriculture, wood industry, electricity industry, textile, oil, fiber, air conditioning, metal industry and other industries. Sencro  semi-synthetic heat transfer oil is an ideal heating carrier.

Packaging and Storage


Sencro semi-synthetic heat transfer oil is packaged in 200L iron barrels with uniform markings. Each barrel has a net weight of 170kg. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. The storage period is two years.
