Product Introduction

Metal welding anti-spatter agent is made of high molecular polymer with good film-forming property and other industrial additives through scientific processing. 4. It can also be used to prevent the welding gun nozzle from being blocked. Just dip the welding nozzle gently into the welding anti-spatter agent or remove it with a light touch.

Usage and Dosage

Spray the metal surface on both sides of the weld with a sprayer, cloth strip or brush, and weld immediately after it dries slightly. When used to prevent welding guns from blocking, it can be sprayed or dipped. Each kilogram of anti-spatter agent can be applied to about 40 square meters of metal surface or about 150 meters of weld.

Other matters

Try not to contact with skin. If it splashes on skin, rinse with tap water. When used to prevent welding gun from being blocked, it can be sprayed or dipped. Do not spray too much to avoid waste. For small and complex workpieces, use an iron brush to clean them after welding to facilitate the next process. This product can prominently solve the problem of reduced viscosity and poor film-forming properties in summer for some domestic manufacturers!

Packaging and storage

Packaging: 20, 25, 50, 200 kg/barrel; stored in a cool and ventilated place for no more than three years.
