Quick bright quenching oil This category of quenching oil has the characteristics of short steam film, bright surface, fast and uniform cooling speed, etc. The operating temperature is within 80 ℃ . It is mainly suitable for quenching small and medium-sized workpieces, including carburized parts, small and medium-modulus gears and small and medium-sized alloy steel workpieces, etc. It can effectively reduce the deformation of workpieces. It can be used in continuous furnaces, multi-purpose furnaces and open quenching tanks. It can provide sufficiently uniform quenching effect on continuous furnaces such as mesh belt furnaces. There is less oil smoke formation in the open quenching tank, reducing the fire hazard.
